Overview:
Good food safety is essential for us all as we need to make our food safe to produce, sell and eat. From January 2006 a number of new regulations apply for food businesses in the UK and it is imperative that all food handlers are aware of their responsibilities.
The new regulations require all food businesses to be able to show, with records, that they do everything in their power to safeguard consumer health.
There are food safety courses that address all these requirements and can equip all food handlers with the best basic qualification for any business.
